Indigo Blue cannabis seeds are a cross between Bubblegum and Oregon Funk resulting in this early-ripening marijuana strain with a partially purple coloring. The sweet, berry-citrus aroma is provided by the predominant terpenes myrcene, caryophyllene, limonene, and linalool. A rare variety, Indigo Blue has not previously been available in a feminized format.
The exact genetic origin of the parent strains is unknown, but experts and enthusiasts speculate that Indigo Blue likely descends from landraces of Afghanistan, Colombia, and Mexico. Historically, the Indigo Blue marijuana strain was created in Holland for breeding programs, either through cloning or pollen. This may be why the strain is renowned for its exceptional durability and stability.
Indigo Blue marijuana
Indigo Blue marijuana seeds were obtained from parent plants that were grown indoors in 18-24 litre pots with an expected height of 90-150 cm. On average, they grew up to 180 cm outdoors (sometimes up to 200 cm depending on conditions). The strain tolerated various types of training well, readily branching in response to ScroG, and SoG was often used. It rarely showed signs of stress and was adaptable to various environments; clones rooted well with a high survival rate.
As flowering began, citrus notes emerged in the aroma, and the plant grew noticeably in the first weeks. Flowering then began: the plants grew in volume, and the aroma increasingly took on sweet berry nuances. Overall, Indigo Blue is described as a typical indica, massive and robust, but with fierce resin production and a thick layer of crystals. As it ripened, the aroma of grapes and tropical fruits became pungent, and depending on nighttime temperatures, bluish and turquoise hues could appear in the coloring. Outdoors, the plant matured by the end of September.

You can, but the plant will not grow as large because the light regime will change and the growing season will be shorter.
