The strain’s pedigree includes cannabis landraces from Colombia, Mexico, Thailand, South India, and Afghanistan.
The growth rate of laboratory and greenhouse specimens grown from Cinderella 99 cannabis seeds demonstrated the success of the work carried out on the genotype during selection. Just a week after transitioning to flowering, the plants showed a burst of growth and then stopped growing. The bright white, hairy buds with a strong aroma against the green background were a striking contrast! The structure of the plants suggested that the strain contained roughly equal amounts of indica and sativa: slender but branchy, with characteristically narrow leaves, providing good lighting for the lower levels.
Its origins in the hardy and productive Northern Lights #5 and Skunk #1 strains explain the hybrid’s vigorous productivity and stability during seed production. This genetic diversity has resulted in Cindy’s remarkable features, such as her distinctive texture (elongated but dense and resinous), variegated coloration due to orange curly hairs and apple-green “sugar” leaves, and a generous sprinkling of crystals.
