Looking at photos of Kabul marijuana seeds, it is easy to understand why Afghanistan is considered a mecca among breeders and enthusiasts of the plant. The Indica strains that grow in this region are unmatched in a number of ways: their rich aroma, concentrated sticky resin, and large buds and inflorescences. But Divine Seeds is a progressive seed bank, so when developing the Kabul genotype, the concept was to offer collectors something more than just a productive, resinous strain!
For this purpose, a special landrace population was selected, which had been worked on by many generations of local experts, passing on traditions for decades. Through selection, the Canadians managed to increase the height of this variety by almost one and a half times. An amazing feature: despite the complete absence of sativa genes, this cannabis took on a purple color when exposed to low nighttime temperatures.
Kabul marijuana strain
During seed production, the seedlings quickly developed a branched, strong structure. A strong stem and strong root system provided the “skeleton” for a solid flower mass in the future. The light shade of green and the wide leaf shape also spoke of the purely indica origin of the strong bushes. Thanks to its harsh mountainous homeland, the strain demonstrated a universal ability to adapt to any indoor/outdoor/greenhouse conditions.
With the onset of flowering, the plant stretched sharply by 20-30%, intensifying its aroma and acquiring a richer color. It should be noted that the flower buds of this succulent indica are impressively dense! In the first half of flowering, the parent bushes gained thickness practically every day. There were no problems with parasites or mold, thanks to strong immunity. During the last two weeks before maturity and pollination, the earthy-musky aroma was enriched with coniferous and (sometimes) citrus notes, depending on the soil composition.

You can, but the plant will not grow as large because the light regime will change and the growing season will be shorter.
