Well aware of how important the structure of a bush is for its productivity and health, breeders paid a lot of attention to the structure of Gagarin, achieving a clear influence of Afghan indica: the branchy mother plants had strong shoots and trunks, which, in tandem with a powerful and extensive root system, successfully provided the entire organism with nutrients.
From its sativa parents, the genotype inherited a substantial internodal distance… but the density and volume of the buds, which grew densely in the internodes, clearly indicated the influence of indica – only from Afghan Gagarin could it have acquired these springy, juicy heads. Incidentally, the side buds were often the same size as the central bud. The aroma is strong, with coffee notes against a backdrop of musk and earthy tones.
