One of the trends in modern cannabis breeding is fully reflected in Auto Lemon Zkittlez cannabis seeds: why improve the only strong quality of a strain when you can use a single strain to create a whole bouquet of undeniable advantages? This is what happened with the latest development from Marley Seedbank breeders: an autofem hybrid created using a neural network that calculated the most successful combination of Lemon Zkittlez parent varieties (there are no outside genetics here at all!), as well as backcrossing. To simplify the creation process, several phenotypes were crossed with each other until the maximum concentration of terpenes and resin and yield were achieved.
The expressive aroma of Lemon Skittles Auto leaves no doubt about the authenticity of the development: behind the dominant sweet and sour tone of lemon soda, the lightest musky and pine nuances are immediately noticeable! Among other autoflowering feminized hybrids, it stands out for its record adaptability (rarely found in such delicate varieties), disease immunity, dense flowering, and, of course, exotic appearance – bright green bushes with a clear sativa dominance, crowned with lush resinous buds. Origin: Afghan, Thai, Colombian, and Mexican cannabis landraces.
As they grew, the Lemon Skittlez Day-Neutral seed mother plants showed signs of mixed genetics – average finger width on the foliage, relatively low growth, a nimble and hardy root system, and a moderately dense crown. The momentum of vegetative development slowed down and stopped only after 1-2 weeks of flowering, when the ovaries that had blossomed in the internodes went on the offensive: covering the trunk and branches with dense floral mass!
The relatively low density of leaves prevented the development of mold and fungus—however, the semi-equatorial origin gave the strain a strong immunity to such diseases. The ripening plants looked like a Van Gogh painting: yellowish-green tops and sugary leaves were decorated in places with flashes of a “forest” shade of green, and there were also purple accents (at lower temperatures in the final weeks) — a nod to one of its ancestors on the Zkittlez line, the grape Granddaddy Purple.
