Appearance of Zkittlez plants
Under laboratory conditions, during the production of Zkittlez cannabis seeds, the mother plants showed an excellent balance between indica and sativa: moderately branched with a medium-density crown and strong roots, the donor plants actively developed during vegetation, developing a strong “skeleton” – the basis for the future. No particular demands on the environment or care were observed, and the test samples tolerated moderate stress, temperature fluctuations, and deviations from the regime with almost no loss of productivity. Even before turning red and purple, the palette of green bushes resembled resort areas—lime, pine, and salad shades of green.
Zkittlez is a fast-growing strain, which makes observing the accumulation of plant pigments in the flower mass particularly interesting: over the last 3 weeks (8-9 on average) in cold air, red and lavender accents appeared among the curly orange stigmas on the juicy circles. In terms of resin content, it ranks among the “Top 10” hybrid photoperiod varieties – the dense trichome coating was a delight to the eye! Thanks to its complex terpene profile (predominantly humulene, linalool, and caryophyllene), the concentrated aroma of the plant during flowering surpassed all expectations – grapes with sour strawberries and blueberries, sometimes spicy hints of grapefruit, and sometimes pineapple. The aroma is very strong (among its ancestors are Skunk and Mendo Purps).
