The Dutch seed bank Mandala is known for the diversity of its large collection, which contains varieties for every taste. One of the most revered is Far Out, a small sativa hybrid that owes its amazing taste to the best classic genetics – the berry indica Blueberry, which is combined here with the Colombian sativa Haze. By combining the advantages of both varieties, breeders have achieved excellent stability, productivity, and resin production, as well as fairly large inflorescences.

Far Out has a fruity and spicy aroma, and gourmets often detect an exotic hint of cumin. Since the Netherlands is a stronghold of cannabis breeding, who else but local breeders could create such highly aesthetic collectible strains?

During tests on mother plants, Far Out demonstrated high viability and adaptability. Thanks to the Afghan genes inherited from Blueberry, the strain was able to withstand hot weather conditions. As for the Colombian genes (from Haze), this heritage allowed Far Out to remain unaffected by fungal diseases and thrive in high humidity conditions.

The stocky shape of the plants was a result of the indica in the genotype, and breeders were pleasantly surprised by how much this increased productivity. The color and exotic shape of the buds clearly showed the predominance of sativa: rich tropical tones, elongated inflorescences, and leaves. In open ground, the mother plants of Far Out from Sensi Seeds reached maturity by mid- to late October.
