Properties of Auto Black Opium
During the stabilization of these plants, considerable attention was paid to maintaining the high productivity characteristic of the Opium genotype. According to breeders’ reports, one Auto Black Opium plant yielded 400-650 g of fresh inflorescences (on average) in indoor conditions; outdoor yields were one and a half times higher. The genotype pleased with its branched structure, as well as the large size and density of the inflorescences – a worthy representative of the Opium family!
During flowering, the mother plants emitted an intoxicating fruity aroma with hints of hashish and earthiness. Under low temperatures, in the last weeks of ripening, it takes on festive purple and blue tones, while the veins remain bright green, creating a contrast. In open ground, the harvest time was in early to mid-September.
